Villa Tropical Tides

This four-bedroom villa in Ayia Napa sleeps up to ten and suits families or groups travelling together. The sleeping arrangement is flexible: two double bedrooms, one further double with an en-suite shower, and a fourth bedroom fitted with three single beds, alongside a family bathroom.

Outside, a private garden surrounds the swimming pool, with sun loungers, a table and chairs, and a barbecue for al fresco meals. A balcony and terrace add further space to sit outside, and the garden itself offers shade and privacy for the whole group.

The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and has Wi-Fi, with cleaning, laundry, linen and towels all included in the stay.

Ayia Thekla beach is a short walk away, along with a local restaurant and supermarket, so guests can manage without a car for day-to-day essentials while still being within easy reach of the wider Ayia Napa area.
