Tell us about the house
Send the form. We reply within one working day to arrange a visit.

We visit and agree terms
We walk the house with you, say what is worth fixing first, and agree your seasons and how the house will be run — in writing.

We prepare the listing
Photography, copy, pricing and calendars. Live within three weeks of signing.
