Sunlit Villas began with one house above Coral Bay and a simple rule: never list a villa we wouldn't stay in ourselves. Years on, the rule survives, which is why the collection is still counted in the dozens rather than the thousands.

Every house is looked after by our own team — the same people who answer your enquiry, confirm your booking, and call you on the morning of arrival. We visit each property between seasons, and our housekeepers have, on average, been with their houses for years.

Booking with us is intentionally unhurried. You request dates, a person confirms them, and a clear payment schedule follows: deposit now, balance later, any security hold shown separately. No surprises, and no fine print doing heavy lifting.
