Villa Thymari

This five-bedroom villa in Ayia Napa sleeps up to twelve across three floors. One double bedroom sits on the ground floor beside a bathroom with shower and WC. Upstairs are a further double, with its own en-suite shower room, and two twin bedrooms sharing the main family bathroom. On the lower ground floor a fifth bedroom with two single beds opens onto its own veranda and has access to a further shower room.

The lower ground floor also holds a games room with table football and table tennis, useful for a group with children or teenagers among them.

Outside there is a private garden with a heated pool, sun loungers, a table and chairs for dining, and a barbecue. A balcony and terrace add further space to sit outside.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout with Wi-Fi, and comes with cleaning and linen included on longer stays. Ayia Napa's beaches, restaurants and shops are all within easy reach on foot, making a car unnecessary for a stay based here.
