Villa Serenity

This five-bedroom villa in Ayia Napa sleeps up to twelve, spread across three floors. The ground floor has a double bedroom and bathroom; upstairs the master double comes with its own en-suite alongside two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom; a fifth bedroom on the lower ground floor has two single beds and its own bathroom, with access to the veranda.

Outside, the private garden is arranged around a heated pool, with sunloungers, a dining table and chairs, and a barbecue for warm evenings. Indoors there is a games room with table football and table tennis, useful when the group wants a change of pace.

The villa is fitted with air conditioning and wi-fi throughout, and comes with cleaning and linen included on longer stays. Sea views are available from the property.

Ayia Napa itself is well known for its beaches and its lively choice of bars and restaurants, and the villa's setting close to a supermarket and restaurant makes daily provisioning straightforward without needing to travel far.
