Villa Rose

This five-bedroom villa in Ayia Napa sleeps up to eleven and spreads its accommodation over two floors. One double bedroom sits on the ground floor alongside a shower room. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room, a second bedroom has twin beds with its own en-suite, and two further bedrooms each have twin beds, served by a family bathroom.

Outside, the private garden holds a heated outdoor pool with step access, sunloungers, a barbecue and a table and chairs area. The pool and garden are for the sole use of guests staying at the villa.

Inside, the open-plan living space is fitted with air conditioning and wi-fi throughout, along with a washing machine, dishwasher and the usual kitchen appliances. Linen and towels are provided, with a mid-stay clean and change of linen included for stays of twelve nights or more.

The villa is a short walk from the nearest beach, and close to a local restaurant and supermarket. It sits within easy reach of Ayia Napa's amenities without being on top of them, making a car useful but not essential for exploring further afield.
