This three-bedroom villa in Ayia Napa sleeps six across a ground-floor double with its own access to the garden, and two further twin rooms upstairs sharing a balcony with panoramic sea views. Two bathrooms serve the house, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

The garden is the villa's strongest feature: a private pool, sun loungers, a barbecue and a shaded table and chairs set outside, with the option of a high chair or baby cot on request for younger guests. Air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, and a dishwasher are all in place, and cleaning and laundry are included, with a mid-stay clean on stays of twelve nights or more.

Pernera Beach, a supermarket and a restaurant are all within a few hundred metres, making the villa a practical base for a self-catering stay without needing to drive for daily essentials. Tennis, climbing, cycling, fishing, horse riding and walking are all available in the surrounding area for those wanting to venture further.
