This spacious villa in Protaras sleeps up to ten across five bedrooms. The main house holds four doubles on the first floor, one with twin single beds and one with an en-suite bathroom, each with its own hairdryer. A separate ground-floor apartment by the pool offers a fifth double bedroom with its own shower/wet room and kitchen/bar, independently accessed and fitted with support hand rails and a drop-down shower seat for wheelchair access.

Outside there is a private pool, a garden, sun loungers, a table and chairs for dining, and a barbecue for evenings outdoors. A table tennis table is also on hand, along with private parking. The property has a gym with an elliptical machine, multi-gym, exercise bike, dumbbell and gym ball.

Inside, air conditioning and central heating cover the whole property, and the kitchen is equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. Wireless internet, satellite and widescreen TV, a DVD player and a safe are also provided, along with linen, towels and inclusive cleaning and laundry. A cot and high chair can be arranged on request.
