Villa Nefeli

This four-bedroom villa sleeps eight and is set right in the centre of Ayia Napa. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, one of which has its own en-suite shower room, and the other two are fitted with twin beds. There is also a family bathroom for the household to share.

Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining space gives everyone room to gather, with a fully equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cook rather than eat out. A ground-floor WC adds convenience for guests moving in from the garden and pool.

Outside, the garden is well kept and shaded by mature trees, giving the private pool a good measure of privacy. There is space for sunbathing and for dining outdoors, with a balcony off the main bedroom and a separate terrace at ground level. A barbecue and outdoor table and chairs complete the setup for al fresco meals.

The villa's position in the resort centre puts the beach, restaurants and a supermarket all within easy walking distance, making a car unnecessary for day-to-day needs while everything Ayia Napa offers is close at hand.
