This five bedroom villa in Protaras sleeps up to ten and is arranged over three floors. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a twin room, each with fitted wardrobes, served by a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. On the lower ground floor are two further double bedrooms and a separate shower room, with direct access out to the garden and pool.

The ground floor is open plan, with a dining and kitchen area and a living room with satellite TV and DVD player. Patio doors open onto a veranda for outside dining, and the living room looks out over the pool area.

Outside, the private garden is spacious and sunny, with a swimming pool that has step ladder access, sunloungers, a table and chairs, and a barbecue. A covered area holds a table tennis table, and there is a shaded sitting spot as well as a balcony and terrace.

The villa sits in central Protaras, within easy walking distance of the resort's restaurants, shops and beaches, making a car unnecessary for day to day amenities.
