Villa Majestic

This five-bedroom villa in Protaras is arranged over three levels and sleeps up to ten. One bedroom sits on the ground floor next to a shower room, two further bedrooms with a separate entrance and their own shower room are on the lower ground floor, and the top floor holds two more bedrooms served by a family bathroom with both bath and overhead shower. There are three bathrooms in total, giving groups a practical spread of space across the house.

The ground floor is open plan, with living, dining and kitchen space leading straight out to the pool through patio doors. Outside there is a private garden with a swimming pool, sun loungers, a table and chairs for outdoor meals, and a barbecue. A balcony on the upper floor offers a further spot to sit outside.

Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are provided throughout, along with the usual self-catering kitchen equipment, a washing machine, and a safe deposit box. Linen and towels are supplied, cleaning is included, and a mid-stay clean is added for stays of twelve days or more. A cot and high chair can be arranged on request.

Protaras is a walkable resort, and this villa is close to a supermarket, a restaurant and Sunrise Beach, all within easy reach on foot. It suits a group who want a central base without needing to rely on a car for day-to-day essentials.
