Villa Eden Escape

This four-bedroom villa sits directly on the sea front in Protaras, with panoramic sea views from the property. It sleeps up to ten guests across a mix of room types: a ground-floor twin room with an adjacent shower room, an upstairs master with en-suite shower room and double bed, a second double bedroom with its own private balcony, and a third bedroom with twin beds. Bedrooms upstairs share access to a balcony, and there is a further family bathroom with bath, overhead shower and WC on the upper floor.

Outside, the private garden wraps around a heated swimming pool, with sun loungers, a table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a barbecue for warmer evenings. The pool and garden both take in sea views, making this a good spot for lounging between trips to the water.

Cleaning and laundry are included for longer stays of twelve days or more, with linen and towels provided throughout. The villa is a short walk from Protaras beach, with a supermarket and Kaoullas restaurant both close by, making it easy to manage without relying on a car for day-to-day essentials.
