Villa Atlantis

This villa sits on a hillside above Latchi, with panoramic sea views taking in Chrysochou Bay. The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace, satellite TV and a DVD player, alongside a fitted kitchen for self-catering.

The villa sleeps six across three bedrooms. One double bedroom with its own bathroom is on the ground floor, while a marble staircase leads up to a further double and a twin room, both en suite.

Outside, a private pool measuring eight by four metres sits within a landscaped garden with plenty of room for sunbathing and outdoor dining. A first-floor balcony, reached by an outside staircase, catches the afternoon sun. There is also a barbecue, sun loungers and private parking.

Latchi's harbour and fish restaurants are a short drive away, along with the closest beach and supermarket, both around two kilometres off. A car is the practical way to get about, and the surrounding area offers walking, cycling and horse riding for those who want to explore further afield.
