This custom-built villa in Protaras sleeps twelve across six bedrooms, making it a straightforward choice for a large family or a group travelling together. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with its own bathroom nearby. Upstairs are the master bedroom with an en-suite and a walk-in wardrobe, two further double bedrooms and two more twin rooms, sharing a family bathroom with a bath.

Outside, the private garden has both covered and open areas around the heated pool, with sunloungers and a barbecue for al fresco meals. A balcony off the upstairs bedrooms takes in panoramic sea views over the surrounding area.

Inside, the villa is air-conditioned throughout and comes with a pool table, table football, satellite and widescreen televisions, and wireless internet. Cleaning and laundry are included, with all linen and towels provided.
